Dual Internal Fan Alternators

When replacing an external fan alternator with an internal fan alternator DO NOT take the external fan from the original model and apply to the internal fan alternator. This will result in pulley and belt misalignment.

This is a coreless reman alternator that comes with NO core charge. This P/N allows you to get the same Delco Remy remanufactured alternator without the need to deal with a core. 

This replacement alternator has a higher output than the original part number. Depending on the vehicle & application, a cable upgrade may be required.

Remote Sense Can Reduce Battery Charge Time by 50%

Some 36SI models are equipped with Remote Sense which utilizes a second wire that reads the actual to boost its output to compensate for the voltage drop, ensuring 14 Volts at the battery.  The proper voltage forces more current into the battery bringing it to a full state of charge between vehicle stops.

Fewer moving parts mean less wear on the alternator. Alternators pull air through from the back to the front in order to cool the internal electronics which introduces dust into the alternator.
